This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Cyber Pioneers Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the game “Truth or Dare Everyone Edition” (“Game”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the Game on your device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game;

• Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Game to any third party;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on or in the Game.

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Cyber Pioneers Inc. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Game (“Updates”). This Agreement applies to any Updates we provide unless we provide separate terms with the Update.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until you or we terminate it. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
